Important Instructions: Hinge Placement: 1. Measure around leg, 3 in above knee. 2. Use S/M pocket if your knee measures 13.0 - 17.0 in (33.0 - 43.0 cm). 3. Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 17.0 - 21.0 in (43.0 - 53.0 cm). 4. Flex hinge into a V shape. 5. Insert hinge ends into the side pockets. 6. Repeat this process for both hinges. 7. Adjust as needed. Easy to Apply: 1. Adjust position of side hinges. 2. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section.Product Care: Remove hinges before washing. Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
